- A small air bubble is necessary in snow globe cups to prevent pressure build-up during shipping and it is completely normal

- All cups include their original lid and straw

- When your cup arrives please shake well as the glitter has settled during transit and that is totally normal

- There is a no-refund policy for ALL products. Anything that happens in shipping is on the post office so please file a claim to them if anything is broken or damaged.

-If any bracelets break within 30 days please contact me and I will remake the bracelet/s for you, but there will be no refund.
